bgp conditional advertisement . part-2

hey guys..
we  already have done discussion about  bgp conditional advertisement part 1 in the  last section..  right.? be cool.
today we are going to discuss on same bgp logic of conditional advertisement with  different configuration command..yeah.. today are going to test with.."bgp advertise-map with exist-map"

BGP ADVERTISE-MAP WITH  EXIST-MAP.
with this dual command give us condition like,  as long as  R1 receive specific prefix let say 30.30.1.0/24 from R3. (for practical purpose ) R1 will advertise  specific prefix to  R2. (let say  192.168.0.0/24) "

SCENARIO..
as long as R1 received prefix 30.30.1.0/24 from R3, R1 is going to advertise prefix 192.168.0/0/24 into R2, once R1 stop receiving that prefix from R3 due to  some problem, off course R1 will stop sending prefix to R2.
this is our small lab where we need to make it clear understanding regarding BGP conditional advertisement part-2. hehe

R1 initial bgp peering config.

* we created static route to make reachibility among BGP speaking routers.you can use IGP also..

R2 initial bgp peering config.

R3 initial bgp peering config.

To success this lap practical,  here we need to create some prefix- list and some route-maps on R1  and apply to its  neighbor R2.

VERIFICATION.
1.  As long as R1 is receiving 30.30.1.0/24 prefix from R3, R1 will advertise prefix 192.168.0.0/24 to R2.

R2 is receiving prefix 192.168.0.0/24 from R1

or

2. Here in lab, to make prefix 30.30.1.0./24 unavailable in R1 routing table.. i am going to stop advertising prefix 30.30.1.0/24 from R3.

3.Once R1 stop receiving that prefix from R3, then R1 will stop advertising 192.168.0.0/24 to its neighbor R2.

 R1 stops advertising prefix 192.168.0.0/24 to R2.
OR

we have done.

thanks ..
next topic will be all about BGP local-as, and its flavors tpye.
keep waiting.................
